EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN MELALUI PELATIHAN MENJAHIT DI SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR (SKB) UJUNG PANDANG

This study was aimed to describe evaluation results of: (1) participants’ level of satisfaction, (2) understanding the material, (3) post-training implementation, (4) improved success participants due training. The research type using Kirkpatrick’s Four Level model, which consisted Reaction, learning, behavioral, and result levels. samples were 20 former training participants. Data collected by questionnaire, observation, unstructured interview. Quantitative data processed with help SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Validity instrument at reaction, levels used Corrected Item-Total Correlation. Reliability calculation Alpha formula. showed that: 1) reaction level: satisfaction sewing making in terms tutor, facility, method PAP “satisfying” 2) learning material PAN “Mastering” 3) behavioral implementation after aspect “implementing” 4) resulting competence “poorly improved”.
